The Cost of Living survey is in your inboxes now! Take part and you could win £50 direct into your bank account or a pair of Adventure Island wristbands!

Your answers will help us to understand how people are affected by the cost of living and if there's anything we could be doing to make things better. This could be giving advice or making sure you're getting the right benefits.

You don't have to give your details, but if you choose to, you'll be entered into our free prize draw.

If we don't have your email address and you haven't told us you don't want surveys from us, we'll send you a paper copy, so you can still take part.
